Mary and Kari did an excellent job catering our wedding. As a food snob that has high expectations when it comes to service and value, I can whole-heartedly recommend Beautiful Day Catering. Their culinary skills impressed me (not an easy thing), they listened well to our needs and desires, their presentation was excellent, their wait staff professional and friendly, and not to be ignored, their pricing was exceedingly competitive considering their high quality. How in the world do I ever properly thank you two? As the dust settles from the wedding and we soak in the positive feedback from others, I’ve received numerous compliments for the catering. My one regret is that I never really got to see the completed buffet table, because I was told it looked beautiful, and that you did a really wonderful job. Several people also commented on the pastries (the brioche in particular), and from the sounds of things, I could have doubled my order of those :). I’ve also had a few quiche-lovers tell me that your quiche was some of the best they’ve tasted (and we have some pretty snobby quiche-people in our ranks!).
